Time flies, I do not

Yesterday was Monday and tomorrow is Friday. Gotta upgrade my pilot's license to astronaut status.

My husbie was rather embarrassed to be the focus of my blog all week like that. But what's a girl to do? Here's a pretty boat instead. These charming fabric boats are rented at the small basin in the Jardin Des Tuileries in Paris.

This one belonged to this sweet chap.

Anyway, this is all very lovely, but I've gotta get back to work!

What's your best time management tip for me?*

* Besides "learn to say no" because I'm thinking of getting that one tattooed on my forehead I've told myself it so many times. But I just don't listen.

There is only one solution.

Delegate.

write lists
delegate
get things done in five minute intervals...just chip chip chip away
say later (not no, but not now)
or alternatively clone yourself one hundred and twenty seven times.
ps - bet your husby loved being in poll position all week ;-))

Get up earlier. Not everyone's favourite, but works for me!

No idea... As you know, I owe people emails... I tend to just do what I can when I can and hope I meet deadlines. Stuff seems to get done despite my lack of system.

Brenda's idea of chip, chip, chip away is great. Sometimes I don't do things because the idea of the whole task seems too monumental but breaking into parts would help.

Saying no is the hardest! I can never say no..x

Instead of a no..maybe a qualified 'yes'..like 'yes' but only with another person helping as well...or 'yes' but only once a month. This works for me. It satisfies my heart..the 'yes'..and my mind..the 'no'!

But he's so handsome! I can understand his reluctance though.
Time flies here too. I swear it's bin day every day. I can't give you answers, only company. x

My solution of staying up past midnight every night is not one that I would recommend... I hear you though! It's just no fun saying no to everything.

That hubby of yours is a sweet delight, that's for sure. But if I had done that to my husband, he would have killed me! As for time mnagement, I have a piece of paper on both my work desks on how to deal with stress. I will send it to you. Unfortunately, saying no might have to be an option ;) xx

Time is seriously flying!
Last time I checked it was August!
And now it is almost Christmas!
Where is the pause button?
