If you follow really cool people who are nothing like me, Pinterest is the place to find amazing things. Eric Barclay is a very talented illustrator who also makes the most wonderful objects out of recycled bottles and jars and stuff. He's seriously so effortlessly cool I'm surprised he is still breathing (which takes effort... I don't know where I'm going with that analogy either). And another thing... Eric is just a blogger blog like me and look what he can do. Look how he uses his .blogspot.com address compared to whatever it is that I'm doing over here. The shame!

As for Pinterest, just as I was getting addicted, my boards have diappeared! I tell you, it's enough to drive me to eat large amounts of chocolate. xx
Interesting question. Do I think I'm cool sitting here unshowered since yesterday? Not a bit. There might have been a point in my life when I found my groove and I acted cool. But even as I type this, I'm wondering what cool actually means. Clever, popular, confident??? Hang on, hang on. I've got it. I know what cool is. I watched it on Saturday night. I am completely not cool. I can back this up by telling you that when I just asked my husband to describe my personality he came up with earnest, dogmatic and clever. Can you even think of three less cool attributes? Mostly I like being uncool but very very occasionally I dream about a blog world where all my earnest, clever, dogmatic friends came and did guest posts on my blog and showcased all their clever earnest dogmatic ideas all of which would make me even cooler. melx
