In about six weeks time, LOML and I are heading off on a road trip from Paris to Rome. We're heading through France, Switzerland and Italy - visiting places that we have loved before and finding new spots to amaze us.
Every time I think about this journey, I get a feeling that can only be described as total and utter glee. Gleeeeeee!
So, this week I'm grateful for...
269. Glee - it's such a wonderful feeling. Excitement, joy, love, amazement, wonder... all rolled into one big happy (juuuuuust a little bit smug it has to be said) smile.
270. Glee - the 'other' Glee. I'm fully into the Glee Project. I loved it last season and I'm loving it again this season (although not as much as last season, it has to be said). What a fun little show.
271. Paris - I have to be grateful for Paris. And all that lovely walking along the cobbled streets I'll be doing hand in hand.

A little less exciting but just as gleeful; I'm looking forward to dinner with the family tomorrow, to my cousin's wedding next week, and to my silver reflex shampoo arriving and turning my hair into some seriously sexy locks. x
Paris! Hope it's a wonderful trip. I'm looking forward to a girls weekend in Byron which is getting closer. Good friends, the beach, yummy food and good music. That and getting my BAS done tomorrow, not that exciting but I'm tired of it hanging over my head!!
OMG is right! Wow...I'd be pumped up with Glee and goodness knows what else. we are in a bit of a holiday funk as it was a year ago that we left for out big adventure...oh how i miss it! Why does Australia have to be so far from Europe!! WEll, i hope you are NOT going to think of blogging on this trip! Ohhh Paris! I can almost smell the croisants and baugettes!! xx

Little bit of envy going on here!
My husband declares he shall never go to Europe (though he did live there a couple of years as a child), but he may take me to Western Australia. Fair compromise? I think not.
Oh that is so gleeful... you will have an awesome time!! I have returned from a holiday where 2 days were spent in Paris and it was blissful.... you will have an absolutely amazing time... Im feeling gleeful for you!! xxx

Oh wow. We area looking forward to a similar holiday...well, similar if you were going to the US and driving around in an RV with 3 kids for a month...I'm feeling your glee too.

Hubby & I adore Paris, especially the galleries. My fave is Musee d'lOrangerie, with it's two round rooms of Monet's waterlillies, it's my happy place! We also loved Rome.
