It's LOML and my 'meetiversary' today. Sweet sixteen years ago. Now, admittedly today is not the romantic celebration that it could be, what with me barely able to sit, let alone roll over (sorry!) and clad as I am in my attractive flannel blue dressing gown. Adorbs as it is, I chose the above poster as my image for a reason!
But still, he loves me more than anything. I love him even more than that.
He's a darling man and I'm a lucky girl.
Man, sixteen years is a long time in love years. Happy days. Every single one of them.

Gorgeous Bron! So much emphasis on the Wedding anniversary but I get a special feeling on our "Meetiversary" every year which also happens to be my birthday - 13 years this year, yay!!
We meet the night I finished up my job at the ASX - I was loaded up with redundancy money and partying on. It was Christmas eve 2000. Seems like last week - then again, feels like 12 years ago.
That's so lovely! We don't do 'meetiversary' (those awkward early high school years - groan), but our 'get-togetheriversary' hits the thirteen year mark... soon, actually!

This is so beautiful. A love like this is spesh. My man and me met 18 years ago. We got together 7 years later. Sometimes it still makes me wonder why we didn't do it much earlier! Happy meetaversary! Xxx

We met at a dodgy nightclub almost 15 years ago - in three years we'll have been together for half my life :) we set up home nine months after meeting and now we have 3 gorgeous kids and eleven years of marriage. I love the fact we have more or less "grown up" together, growing into one another like old trees with their branches intertwined by time. Can't imagine being with anyone else ;)
Been together since we were 21, so that makes it ten years....

That is so cool and congrats to you & your man. I always think the day hub & I met as the most significant day..even though it was night. It was Sat 17 October 1970 in Tamworth at a Teachers Federation Dinner after their first country conference.he was there with his fellow one-teacher school mates & I went with friends from the central school where I was in my first year of teaching.
42 years ago this October & what keeps us going through all our ups and downs is remembering that night. The looks across the table and the first dance. Xx

19 years for us, married for twelve. Gosh that makes me sound old!
21 years for us. Have now been together longer than not. Couldn't imagine life any other way :)

Happy 'meetiversary'! We still pay special attention to the day we got together, which was 14 years ago in May, but we actually met when I was only 16, which was 17 years ago (and we went to the Adelaide show together with friends and the haunted house where he held my hand..aww) - eek!

Happy'Meetiversary! I've been with my husband for 15 years this year & we have known eachother since we started highchool oh, you know, 6(not really! Oh crap! 20 years ago!) years ago. We are high school sweet hearts!

Love that picture and this post. I love the love between two people when a blue dressing gown is A-OK. My husband first saw me in my trackies and he still wanted to know me :-) We have been together for 12 years. I was sweet 16 and he was 20 when we met.
So sweet! I met my husband on July 5th...almost 9 years ago :).
